For more than 30 years, two generations, the company M.L.M. performs subcontract machining of steel forgings and alloy steels.

The machined parts are intended for different fields: energy hydro and thermal power, wind power, nuclear plants, oil industry, buildings, plant design, shipbuilding, offshore and heavy mechanics.

The experience achieved in the turning of small size forgings has addressed the company towards the roughing and the semi-finishing of even larger and more complex parts as well as improving the machining accuracy to gain customer satisfaction.
In order to reach this aim the company has acquired traditional and CNC machines, special equipments, measuring instruments with the support of a trained workers' team.
At now we execute from raw forgings or rolled rings or partially machined forgings, turnings on drawing of rings, wheels, discs and flanges with maximum diameter 2500mm, height 1500mm and weight up to 15T; of shafts with max diameter 1800mm, max length 8000mm and weight up to 32T and bushes with rectangular or profiled section, internally or externally, with max diameter 1450mm and length till 4900mm.
The company operates with its services throughout northern Italy.
The company has over 1000 square meters of covered area reserved for the production in the site of Bienno and about 600 in the building of Berzo Inferiore used as warehouse.
