Implementing a policy of quality in machining requires to ensure accuracy and compliance with customer requirements in accordance with procedures aimed to avoid making mistakes.
The company M.L.M. therefore follows strict rules.
The processing cycle of each job provides for a first dimensional relief of the forged part, raw or pre-machined, in order to verify the feasibility of the process required.
Once approved and resolved, in discussion with the client, any doubt about the required specifications, the piece goes to machining maintaining its own identification number.
Completed the work is released a dimensional certificate of measured quotas and, upon request, a certificate of surface roughness.
In order to improve the quality of the workmanship, the company has invested and continues to invest in advanced equipment and measuring instruments on which periodic checks are made so as not to loose their accuracy.
For M.L.M. quality also means timely actions, compliance with delivery requirements and attention to the specific needs of each customer.
It is under evaluation the acquisition of ISO 9001:2008 to formalize the level of quality achieved.
